...balance . Very bad for growth as well. Forget your personal life. Very stagnant. Low pay you will literally get just 50 thousand in your account coming out of NIT & IIT and no it will not increase just maybe 10 k a year increase. Also expect coming on Sunday as well in the name of incentives. The alpha that you get is based on your leave attendance which means you can’t even take the mandatory leaves that the company has assigned. Also no switch can be made inter department. Ironically people from private colleges like Thapar get comfortable departments like supply chain and IIIT’s have to work as line incharge and you have no say in it. They will not change anything. And don’t expect anything. Vey bad work environment.

...ng hours are too long and there is no flexibility. WFH policy is only on papers. Your Annual Bonus depends on your attendance percentage. Company discourages taking leave. Middle management doesn't have leadership quality at all. They don't know how to manage a team, they just know to create pressure and stress among team members.

There are just problems nothing to like about the culture. DPM thinks they are god and treat you as shit HR has no power and the manager review provided to HR in confidence is shared with the manager with details of the employee. Zero work flexibility and post having super long working hours. DPM will expect you to work for more time. And if you try to stand your ground you will have to go through mental trauma and harassment. HR is just useless with zero to no power in my department. Team members are so scared of DPM that they will let you take the entire blame even if they have reviewed your work and gave a go ahead. Most of the employees are unhappy. Half are just staying because they are overpriced or lack skills to get job anywhere else. Truly a bad culture. I would wanna write more i don't want to waste my time further

Work culture(timing is 9 hours 45 minutes), even as a data analyst my manager is not allowing WFH. punching system is there but it is not centralized, I have to walk approx 15 min from the main entrance to my building for punching which is very bad. uniform culture is there Monday to Thursday. join this company but leave after 1.5- 2 years. job is 5 days, but if any holiday falls on a weekday, you have to come on Saturday. attendance system is there you need minimum 94% to get full variable. this is not a company this is a school

Good salary Plenty of leaves, assuming your management approves

Too many layers of management. Growth is slow as the company is old and has a large employee base (compared to Automobile sector) No holidays on festivals, if there is a holiday mid-week, Saturday would be a workout day.
