I am working according to my need, if it were not due to need then I would have never wished for it.

There is no such thing as management here. Salary is deducted without informing and information is usually not given. Achar only means deducting salary and he does not consider it right to give any information about anything to anyone.

Lot of internal politics at middle level They do not provide any offer letter, I- card, experience certificate or salary slip. Manager of any department are made to work even on reception Worst infrastructure and work environment Limitless corruption. Resources are not at all maintained. Improper behaviour with female staff. I had to take a legal action against them to receive NOC. They even do not demand a resignation letter. Not a single document or proof that you are an employee of maruti Suzuki, Perfect auto services, Junagadh. I strongly recommend not to work there at any cost. I initially worked for 6 months in 2017, in customer care department then I left. Again, they appointed me as a manager in driving school department. Still, no improvement! Even managers are not entitled to receive any appointment letter or i-card. Therefore, I immediately resigned.

I love having the freedom to experiment and fail, and still support my actions.We have been asked for an opinion on a regular basis, and we are allowed to speak our mind without fear.my job challenges me every day in different ways.I am learning all the time, from the best people.
