The job is stress free and offers a good work life balance which is dependent on your department and line manager. Your work directly creates a difference in the lives of patients.

Dislikes

The salary and benefits are poor. Increments most times are below inflation rates. If you are a post graduate you won’t enjoy it here as 95% of the work force are only graduates. You might have to deal with a lot of office politics.

The company as a policy tries to contribute to employees with possible benefits other than salary like gifts, accessories.

Dislikes

The person who works keeps on getting loaded with more work and not get paid well for it. Nor appreciation or recognition for work. During month ends we never logged out and worked all night and next day too continuously, would force to work even on week off Saturday Sunday. Manager anda mangement are inhuman in behaviour and lots of favouritism at work for management and managers special people. Working here created mental, physical and emotional imbalance .

Overall company views are fantastic, , provide everything to their staff which they deserve, even they do care about their staff's well Ness.

Dislikes

There is 'CARTEL' working on in the name of Management, who decide the career of candidate. They only try to ruined the careers, no ethics on work culture, abusive language and culture less environment , management is not at all supportive and to not help you for any guidance.

Regional reporting process, frequently change hierarchy or reporting. There is no R&R culture, they are not consider your suggestions or ideas for process improvement.

Saturday holiday and public holidays if we work we get week off latter.

Dislikes

Insecure job, partiality in promotion and increment. No employee engagement and enjoyment. No personal life, after reaching home again need to work
