Senior politics, No inclusivity in team. Poor culture. Communication gaps between cross functional teams. Pin pointing mistake over others. Appraisal isn't fair, it's based on your submissive nature inline with your supervisor/Manager. Wrong persons at right positions.Hectic travel between states. Focused on commercial aspects towards customers, irrespective of products drawbacks. Company business goals were given as Engineer KPIs(Challenging). No peace working here.

Now nothing is to be like as the company conditions is continuously declining, most of the big customers are leaving markem imaje

No promotion, no good hike in salary, no good management right now, Top management is just saving their jobs and they have no vision for company and global team is also very slow in decision making, they also don't have vision to work in indian market

I like working at Markem-Imaje as company provides good skill improvement program, Salary & Benefits are good and overall satisfaction is good.

Dislikes

Dislikes nothing because company has policy in line according to which one can get happy and other can feel down. The thing I did not liked here is immediate firing culture without giving any notice to employee.

I worked in markem Imaje company for more than 5years.it was great experience being in markem Imaje as there is a chance to learn new technologies and good salary.personal and work life balance and company values each individual
