...ent get influenced by some of the old employees. 5. Bad Policies and Process 6. Who can do battering well ,will have great salary and amazing appraisal. 7. When employee work there is no value but when the leaves they try to retain but they can't because neither they have good offer nor employees want to stay more over there.

Too much internal politics, no job security even in first month, you have to spent money from own pocket Only official holidays but in practical there is no holidays, you have to work Sunday also

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
