... management at all. Many months of salaries of the employees has not been given. Owner of the company make many fake promises and about their projects and salary. Everytime he used to change the name of the company to make it run in different ways.. He took money and make fake promises to the clients. If anyone is looking out for a job do not consider this company.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
