...rive your campaigns. You can join Marketing team even as a fresher to the field. Gives opportunities and comparable salary. Join only if you have limitations of staying in Delhi & don’t have other options.

...m down the hierarchy. Gossiping, micro management and nit picking is normalised. Employees are not treated with equality and respect, such as manager is free to pass comments like appraisal ane wala hai yaad rakhna, salary bhi doosre employee ko dedun tumhari, why did you order coffee (during a meeting's going on from 8:30-6:00pm), chahra kyu utra hua hai tumhara?, muh kyu bana rakha hai? Generally no action is taken & such things are casually ignored, even if issues are brought forward to BU heads.

To be honest, my department was good. My HOD was good. I was given good opportunities to explore and learn.

...ther people. He just work to make his numbers and not for working the HR system. They don't pay good, they don't negotiate. The HR is really bad. I would suggest to not to join. Thanks What I hate most about Mankind is, the HR policies. At mankind research centre, manesar unit. The HR head is very bad. Poor policies, he does not have etiquette to behave and coordinate with other people. He just work to make his numbers and not for working the HR system. They don't pay good, they don't negotiate. The HR is really bad. I would suggest to not to join. Thanks

Currently company is going towards wrong direction so nothing to like now.

Company wants you to work 24*7 . No personal life No bonus and unnecessary deductions Keep changing incentive policy and lesser incentive year by year

The working environment is quite good. Nice good looking office. Salary and other incentive are quite good. Staff is good and HR management is quite good.

Dislikes

There is no time management. Don't ever think that your work will be finished in 8:30-5.00. You have to put extra hours to get the attention of your manager so that they don't ruined your appraisal. There is job pressure. your seniors will constantly remind you that you are good for nothing if you have not this job. work is done by rules and ancient procedure not by logic and need. Most of the seniors can't even write a proper email. Yes, there are internal job opportunities but most of the time it is also pre planed. My job tenure was from Sep'2011- Dec'2021. There are many things to mention but filhaal itna hi kaafi hai. I don't know whether or not my answer will be selected.
