Good Platform for Freshers.dont Expect sallery hike.4-5% Of Increment it's not sufficient for anyone. Bus facility only. No mediclaim, Paid Canteen.

There is No Work satisfaction, there is No Value for hard work and Disciplined worker. No Appreciation. Helper and Officer having same Percentage of Increment, its not judicial.Only a big brand name, nothing else

Some department like purchase, plant, Admin Are very co operative.

Management like chairman & Director are Very horrible, HARASSMENT Transferred without prior information Terminate any day of any employee without Prior notice. Changing job work Different behavior for each individual employee

environment of organization is very pathetic 😒 admin and it support also senior management is not supportive every one is in there single race if junior staff gives the output senior management takes the credit due to which it effects annual R&R
