Nothing is good there and not a good environment to work.

Everything is dissapointing..They dont provide the salary as per the offer letter.No promotions and appraisals.its very hard to work with the company policies.Very rude behaviour to the employees.

... HR policy is very poor Many employees facing problem like gold loss penalty Monthly getting help salary Company can't take action against froud Client If any froud happened in branch company only punish employee and deduct Loos amount from employee salary that things effects employee moral.

Work culture. No flexibility-in any aspects No half days No public holidays-only national holidays are available-for eg with Christmas day as working in all states except kerala. Strict punishments like in no other organizations-Penalty for dress code violations(has to wear the badge like a dog collar all the time-pinning the same not allowed, can't attach them on pants) No leaves with saturdays and mondays combined, in such a scenario Sundays will also become LOP

In field level fully fake process... Company wants only growth , no matters how growth will come... For this all employees have full pressure. some times theft gold will come for loan.... company very bad response for that branch manager fully suffered in that time . Company wants not only growth and also more customers for this heavy pressure. In monday if we do 2 new customers , they again want 5 customers per branch for this many fake accounts created by the employees... most worst work experience. All management and higher officials fraudstars.
