Salary is on time that is only the point to like here.

Firstly HR and Director both are Rude, Egoistic. Company arranges the working days according to work load that means you have to work all 7 days while in workload. And wont be paid for extra work. If you perform well you are not appreciated if you do a small mistake youll be insulted like we are paying you without any reason. Youll are not doing favour on us. The company has a good value in market only due to The Great Parag Sir. His son wont be able to grow the brand and name like him.

At any financial condition company give timely salary at any cost. co-operative staff, good atmosphere of office not any pressure any politics, office time is also good 8.30am to 5.30pm, you dont require to late sitting. Magining director Mr. Parag Shah is very good person. helpful to staff.

Dislikes

Only the person grow in company who is nearby and closed relation to higher authority, un balance of staff salary if you close to any person nearby boss or reference then you can make any best opportunity and salary. Company terminate any time without give prior notice and intimation to employee for cost cutting reason but only they are terminated who had not closed or nearby person to higher authority. how long you had work with company, what is your past performance not taken any kind of think.

Our company culture about working environment is awesome, I feel very pleasant while working with our superior management staff, getting full support and freedom from superior. Our Top management are very supportive.

Nothing is dislike about working. Everything is excellent while working with our company.

Nothing to like but people around you very good & carring because when I fall sick every one was carrying. Like the people attitude around me . Your role will be good but i can't say hod , hr and CFO attitude as i fall sick and they asked me to resign.

All are dislike and if u fall sick on working hours company so poor will not pay your medical bill.

There was good scope of learning as you keep getting shifted to different departments.

Lack of appreciation if you do something good the behaviour is that you are paid for it you are not doing anything great . If you miss out on doing something why are we paying this employee. Zero appreciation from top management. It’s family owned business try to be corporate however lacking in many aspects .
