Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). They are good pay master. Colleagues are good.

Dislikes

No Job security at all. Long working hours. They will call you to work on non working Saturday, Sunday and even on festivals. Increment depends. You have to follow up a lot for FNF.

It never does the F&F of any employee leaving early. Have 3 month Notice Period Management abuses employee HR policies are outdated. HR do not help to clear your dues with companies.
