senior management maintain good relation with their old employees whereas the new employees do not set any good treatment at the workplace for all the department. work place and sitting arrangement is very bad. senior management also acts arbitrarily. you can fired from the job any time even is your contract is still valid.

There is Good Work Environment.There is No politics between Staff and Management.Our Seniour are Supportive and Take Care of us Even Personally.Working Hours are also Flexible

Here You Can Balance Your Work and also Your Life.but Disadvantage is Salary is Low according Your Profile ,Work .don't give Enough Training.

As I lost my job in one year so job security is poor. Management is average as no technical training is imparted to frontline workers about reports preperation,computer skills, office tools etc.as these are the essential component to get promotion to a higher level. Don't no about company policies as nothing is shared by the management.Work culture is average.

Very low salary structure as per the education and experience and the position offered to work at.

This is full fill with without management, HR Policy, team members insurance, mediclaim, not believe on junior team. This is only working for mony, also now many senior level project Director is responsible for this. Above this you can see that many projects withdraw from MAMTA.

The organization is friendly and senior team is supportive. Organization was specially supportive during my maternity and a best organization if you are a new mother and juggling between taking care of baby and work.

There is scope for policies for vertical growth within the organization for people joining at project basis too
