U will not get salary at right time committed time. not getting ful & final after registration duty hour always extended. & Company bus never leave company at right time but always reached company right time. So avoid the opportunity of this company.

Really great environment!! Thus people don’t understand the importance of company policy and once they join the organisation they expect the company to work according to their mindset. Even both the MD’s are very polite they will treat you like you’re the member of the family. I’ll suggest everyone who is about to join Makin if you’re good at your work and have the potential to give your 100% for the company. Makin is right place for you there is no bar for growth and support from company side.

As a pharmacy student, I learn a lot about neutral and herbal products and in-process associated with it. I got a good working exposure.

Sometimes Head of the department are rude specially when you are not getting PO, never have ben rude to me though but I just witnessed it a lot of times.
