I like the freedom for improving the health of plant machinery as per the intent of top management. The capital required for new equipment or projects are well reviewed and sanctioned by management in a short time to avoid any delay.

Realistic view of management. Basic Execution expertise. Management wants to introduce new technologies only if essential & relevant. Nice place to work. I am working here for last 5 years. Management is very much prudent & result oriented. You can develop yourself as well. We do all things logically here. Management is very passionate on Field Execution. If you are very good executor in any field, Maithan Ceramic is for you.

I like to followed our ceo words and advices but the think is mostly people are never followed him properly..company invest to depend on them but they work casually..management is not good,not strict ,and not able to take action on them..

Hi gys according to my observation of working you should not be think to work in mythan ceramic.cause they are not followed any standarizaion,they don't have any system to work also if you want to improve your skill then you should go for the another refractory not in mcl..work environment is not so good in plant.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
