Salary wise, not good for freshers. Salary is not on time ..late Salary hike and hike will be given post 3 months with arrears. No benefits like mediclaim if your Salary is below 4lpa. No vacation leave. No trainings. 6 months delay for Salary settlement after leaving the company

Please take appointment letter in advance other they will delay. You have to tell 100times for joining letter, no doubt it is a good company for learning.

...epartment is very bad , they are not giving appointment letter before joining. You have to correct miss punch within that month otherwise salary will be deducted , they will not support during releave. Colleagues are very friendly and supportive.

...c department. If we want job in this company, we have to operate CNC machines. Basic salary for a BE graduate is 17.5k per month. And they will deduct 5k in that amount. So you can get 12.5k per month. Canteen facility is there. They will give you one time food. And be ready to work in shifts. Initially it's difficult, but you can understand everything by learning.

If you are not ready to do the job, company people will scold you. They will not give training initially. They just show you how to operate the machine for 2-3 days and then you only operate that machine. If anything happens we need to approach supervisor. The people around you will not come to help you for many times. The worst thing is there is no chairs to sit. If you have night shift you have to stand in front of the machine for 8 hours.

company is one of the most developing company in automobile field.no work torture in that company.its good for career starting level workers.basic knowledge will be get here for apprentice trainees.

bonus no good.food and company facilities are no good.company benefits only to union members.

Worst work culture. No work life balance, 6 days working, less pay, Worst HR policies, highly recommended not to join. One can survive anywhere else if he has worked here.
