Managers get to work at sharp 5:30-5:45pm more often ...doing timepass whole day long :/ ..They showcase themselves infront of MD like they are onlyone's doing hardwork & putting Efforts since Morning to Evening ... No Completion of limited projects on time ... Pathetic & Sick Management, No support,lack of information regarding ongoing work schedules, Most importantly "LACK OF EXPERIENCE" "LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM of "MANAGERS ESPECIALLY". "CHEAP MENTALITY IN & AROUND" "PURCHASE MANAGER" "PLANT MANAGER" are Eager to know your Personal Life den gossiping to colleagues+Spying Mobile Phones reading personal messages & Watching Pics. instead of focusing on Professional Work & Future work targets...Hats off to such High Level Jasoosi :) No Involvement in Meetings for Engineers who are willing to Learn & gain knowledge. Work place Discrimination if you are raising voice against managers for their inconsistent work,behaviour,lack of information sharing & rather complaining to MD on top of everything inspite of doing Hard work. They take away Roles & Responsibilities if you raise voice,or show them their mistakes...Full of EGOISTIC Managers & they make you sit ideal whole day long ...Bunch of Managers Group up & play like anything sharing Double Meaning Jokes repeatedly loosing their self worth infront of Juniour Executives/Engineers ..so Hard work is just a Dumb Word here ... They Play with Employees by CCTV cameras & footages in Off Mode :D HR handles 3 companies who is unable to speak one proper English Sentence & is immatured & Sick i guess:) HR Says work domain would be on SAP ARIBA...n it comes SAP MM ;) Even the Office Boy knows MD's Monthly Salary & i was like in Shock Mode ...dis shows HR Policy & transparency :) If you want to make career so don't ever attempt to Get in "Maico" ... it's more of Baniye ki Dukaan
