Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

It is very good company and given good benefits to all employee. There is only one problem you cant get opportunity to rise but it happening in allover in corporate sector. As a Company its superb. i am really happy that i was the part of mahou family.

Nothing, Globally a very good culture company which badly destroyed corruption and mismanagement by indian management and non capable leaders

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Management, politics, bad culture, misbehaving, ignoring by Spanish leader make worst environment and handed over company to non capable and corrupted indian leader, unfortunately burnt a wonderful company by some of peoples authorized by MSM spains who did not do anything for the company only for destroyed it.
