salary is very low for boys specifically not comfort with pune location room rent food rent etc please increse salary

Pathetic work culture, the approach in problem solving is less technical and more manual, person oriented that creates unnecessary pressure. The organization creates unnecessary pressure on employees, work hours mostly extend upto 10-12 hours a day, they are very reluctant in granting leaves to employees

Mahle Behr is a very good company, as skill level growth, time to time training provide, every month innovation training and development, improving woking carrier growth, Higher education system is very excellent as a operating engg.

According of me Operating Engg, as like as Production functional area side, Salary increasement level is very slowly. Compression to another department. So pls focous.

A very good company in terms of learning. If you want to pursue your career as thermodynamic & structural design engineer. Ample on job & internal training calenders available. company focuses more on training and skills development. Projects depends on individual teams but they have most of the time interesting global projects. Onsite opportunities for Germany, US, Japan & Korea are plus point depending on projects you are supporting for but they take bond of 2-3 years with high amount recovery on breach. In terms of politics not in every team but some teams have it. (Depends on bosses) Work life balance is really good. You are getting ample leaves and flexible work hours. One of the best infrastructure in Pune compared to other R&D companies with actual company product available for training and benchmarking.

Dislikes

Career growth is much slow as they having big hierarchy. Salary hike is very less. Not good for those who are mentally week and get stess for overload of work.
