People are judging with their assumption....middle management specially.

Since it is a big conglomerate, learning opportunities are abundant. Compensation is at par with market toppers

Culture & HR-worst. It is not system driven, it is always and I say always person driven, according to their mood & need. Even HR works for those who are in key position. HR really don't know what is employee care in-terms of development, opportunity for growth, facilities etc, keep aside regular interaction.

Norhing - Wrost company in india, Kindly don't join to this company. All the cheap people from top to bottom are in this company. Except for company work all people doing politics. These company's people will spoil your career too if you are joined.

Bad management, cheap seniors, lots of politics, no career growth, career degrowth.

Same treatment for all employees, Equality, Good for Female employees, Job security.

Too to bottom driven organisation, Very less they listen to lower management . They doesn't take risk. Slow growth of competitive employees.

It all depend on Boses,if you get good seniors then its best.Otherwise it is bunch of crazy people yelling at each other.

Too many reports Worthless meetings Dealership working according to their own policies No seniors understand the ground reality
