Quality of packing is not good as well as same appearance of different products in different pack. Lickege problem is also noticed.

Sales team, distributors Network present all over India..good presence in major states of India, present in various other agri-businesses

Just selling generic formulations..for new molecules / products they need a good experienced Regulatory and Sales & marketing team

The Company is NO -1 Tractor company markets reliable ,high -quality crop care products & recently JV with Sumitomo corporation (Technical base company ). Company has been trained employee every year through various skill development programs . Also Good employee friendly company.

Dislikes

Review/Reporting/formatting/ unproductive-emails is high . Customers Account system is very poor. No incentive & appreciation.
