3rd class facilities and 3rd class company. Not for only covid sitivation this company is continued cost cuting of employment and salary from jan to till covid19 given the reason beforecovid19 for indian economic is very poor condition . Continues harassment to employees specially in Mumbai (Bhiwandi)

Good learning experience and good for fresher to start their career . But for experienced professional it is average. During the lockdown company has provided the work from home .even not forced any one to come to office

During the lockdown the work was full-length and salary was deducted . And appraisal process is worst.

We can learn a lot in Business Excellence department in which I am working. Job security is there as long as you are a good performer. on wednesday 7 pm, lights will be off. We need to vacate office to do personal work.

Salary hike is very poor. i got only 5.6% in 1st year and 2.97% in 2nd year after working very hard. Also hike is got in August which is too late. If we leave in mid of the year, we will not get our annual incentive. Top Management does lot of politics in this.

According to me, the good thought about company is at situation of covid-19, they gave us 10,000 salary for 2 months and after that they gave us notice period of 1 month

I worked here for 2 years with salary 1.9 lakh annually as fresher .But after 2 years there is no differences in salary .there is no security assessment provided from company as well as totally politics was played in this company with less knowledgeable facts.
