New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Good place for career growth. If the company allowed gap of break then it will be more better for many student. Because most of IT line student has up to 4yr.gap in study so some of them want career in s/w sector as fresher company should hire them. Thank you!

Nothing to dislike. Just want tell to company please Hire up to 4yr. gap student. Because as we all known last 2 yr. to till we all are suffering covid-19 rule. lot of student want job right now.so request to hire and give work to them. Thank you!
