This company is not good for honest employees. there is no respect & value for employees nor is there any kind of job security. when you fire employees as per your wish., you hire them as per your wish there is no positive environment for employees.

There is no much thing to dislike. Read Below: 1. There is no job security. 2. No one can grow in this company. You'll completely destroy your career there if joined. 3. Company director "Chaitanya Aggwarwal" is terrible. He don't know about work ethics and on the order side he don't know how to talk with others/employee's. 4. HR is nothing for this company. HR is not valuable for this company. 5. "Ankit Jain" a guy who call's himself "Tech Head" and thinks he knows everything but reality is he don't know anything in any field. If someone wants to join the company make sure he doesn't become you reporting head/manager. He always play on assumption if you asked something to him. He don't have practical answers of any questions. Ankit Jain and Chaitanya aggwarwal always ask for resign to the employee if you made any mistake. 6. There is a lot of politics here, especially ankit jain always plays with their teammate and other employee's 7. Once you joined the company you'll be stuck for a long period of time. 8. So most important thing, if you request for salary increment by email or somewhere they don't even answer on it. 9. Work From Home Policy of the company is completely shit. Like if you request for WFH then first you need to submit your Task List for that day and If you are not able to complete that task by EOD then it'll be considered a full day leave. Note: Join the company at your own risk.

I liked to work with colleagues due to their well behaviour. CEO of the company is very helpful and supportive.

Dislikes

They have no idea when to hire and when to fire. If they have urgent requirement will hire quickly. If they don't have work they won't think twice before firing. Senior advisors are not cooperative and Founder has given them full controls regarding company authority such as they can hire and fire. Senior advisors play politics with the employee and feel jealousy among their own colleagues (advisors). If your butter senior and do bitching of others advisor's staff, your job will be safe. If you butter advisors your job will be safe it doesn't matter you work or not even laptop whole day. Some people think they can manage company but due to some seniors, company reputation is going down. Changing reporting head is just like changing clothes everyday. HR manager is not supportive, she forced to resign most of the employee and if they don't accept they fire forcefully. According to me, company need to fire few silly advisors not the honest staff. No matter what happened with me, I still belive that Founder and the CEO will regain the reputation which they lost due to some silly advisors.

Work culture in this company is very good. Employees support each other. You learn new things everyday by working with different people here. Experience is altogether great.

Dislikes

Policies should be made somewhat flexible according to the employee needs.
