No carrear growth, management is like happy to go morons, salary paid is very less as compared to standard market practices, salary delayed payment by 4-6 months.

Every thing from job profile to work culture,no management, salary due for 4-6months for most of the staff,no increment in salary or carrear growth opportunities

Good infrastructure, good upgrades when required , high profile people in top position, standard rules and regulations.

Heavy work load, no subsidiaries for heavy work which is dumped , less public holidays , least consideration in filling vacancies.

Pondichery is a beautifull place only the thing but food you can not survive with only idly dosa rasam hard rice and watery whey with poor quality of vegetable climate is good I enjoyed villege life temples drive in rural areas but people Tamil favour to Tamil when you speak Hindi they will ask money ten fold I paid 1000 first time while the charges for same distance is only 10, rupees . Learn Tamil if you wish to go there nobody knows Hindi or proper English . I enjoyed sea side view and oldest culture of India 🙏

HR never give you chance to meet chairman GM and his Husband both never allowed you to succeed for you name but they will shout and warm you when they feel insecure at the time you are more wise and intelligent because they are in a team fram for nothing development I did a lot of changes with the support of only owners but it was a tough task to take risk the couple never allow you to direct reach to stage or communication they will show everything as this is their own work plagiarism type work . Ground workers are lethargic they don't want any change for more work . Lebour union is there if you force them to work for duty they will gather against you North Indians are not welcomed in Tamil speaking or kannad speaking although they need more money from students' but not ready to give proper food I have changed a lot but not actual what I tried 40% people from North but they will force you to eat only South Indian food . Sports coach befooling the system he is only to irrigation of field . Only good thing area academic team . They will fine for indiscipline case and HR manager involved in everything HK security maintenance but he don't know the basics of discipline . I changed everything but only because I have a support from owners team they are good people but hopeless due to HR and GM and Project manager And ground workers actually 10% work for 90% theft of property from each hostel . No accountability for your belongings. If you are a student first buy your non breakable luggage with proper licking don't trust HK staff and wardens , maintenance team or sport coach . HR team not following any basic of HR policy I made all in documents and they copied

As a staff nurse, i had worst hr experiences.. I highly disappointed. I was worked two other hospitals where employers treated nurses like a human but here fully money oriented, they never giving respect which we expect thats y some stafffs are quiting their job within probation period. Hr depart worst worst pls try to give proper response we also have work tension, personal problem. You people not serving for people but we are serving for nation
