They will kick you out anytime with no reason, nothing to do with agreement. It is just to make you fool.

There are numbers of good institutions to join in the city leaving this one. One should ponder before joining. No job security. If you are Rajput, even know nothing Go and grab the job, it's yours. Otherwise look for another option if you think of atleast one year security. There is lot of politics and administrative people are bunch of crooks. Specially Jyoti, she is great lier and manipulative person.
