If you're looking for a company that values your time, growth, and well-being—this is NOT it. The work culture here is toxic, suffocating, and completely draining. Company culture is very very very bad, principal is very rude, some person think they are the only boss even they are only employee at very low level. No Job security. Partiality in giving work is at very high level. Principal only listen to one person only. Back bitching is done very much, even done by principal and with principal. Favoritism and office politics thrive, making career growth a joke. High attrition rates—people leave within months. No transparency in appraisals or promotions; it's all about who pleases the bosses most. Unrealistic expectations are set with no clear guidance or support. When things go wrong, blame is shifted down the hierarchy.
