As if that was not enough, they are going to reduce your pay if you don't meet overtime expectations which comes as an added pressure. In short, this company does not seem to care about fairness, about skill development and about employees.

1.It is one of the best company to join where you can boost your technical skills (specially on DCS) as you get to learn it from the scratch. 2.Good perks and benefits are given if you are travelling on site. 3.Co-workers are very supportive. 4.Company culture is very Diversified

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign for freshers. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
