If you want to work for a firm that appreciates culture, Madman is the place to be. Seniors have exceptional leadership abilities. They continuously push everyone to strive for excellence in their respective department. I enjoy atmosphere, people, and my work at Madman.

The work environment is fast-paced. You must be strict throughout working hours. This place is not for you if you prefer working in relaxed environment.

... can get in here. No work life balance & work satisfaction can be found in here. They didn't even pay my salary for the month & neither my travel expenses. They seek atleast 10-11 working hours from an employee even there's no work. They're utter fraud & indulge in all kinds of unprofessional practices to get their deals done.

Dislikes

They don't care for their employees & don't even pay the salaries at times. They didn't even pay me at all. They made me to travel 262 kms on a bike without proper documentation & even the rider didn't have any license.

1. Unprofessional Staff 2. Politics 3. Torture the employees, if any ask for medical leaves they tortures and comments badly behind. 4. No professionalism. 5. Founder is so unprofessional, always ready to demotivate you. If you ask for resignation they will introduce laws and regulations and always say " that you have not done anything". 6. One should never join this company. 7. More working hours, always assign some work even when your shifts end.

Madman Technologies is a very renowned startup company, where the supportive managers who help to learn & grow in organization, also work culture is friendly and colleagues support you. so if I would like to talk about job security then I would say it's completely secure. Every month you get opportunities to develop & grow yourself by doing many training sessions. The management is also very Transparent. Company policies are good and appraisals depend on your yearly performance. I have gained many things with respect to business knowledge, analysis, Team management, multitasking etc. I have taken every challenge to represent my company at the best level and proven to be best.

As a Network Engineer, I've been at Madman Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for 5 months. This is my first employment, and when I came here, I only had theoretical knowledge of this job function. My teammates and seniors helped me obtain real experience. This company has given me a great exposure to corporate world. My communication skill has improves significantly which will be very valuable in the business. At Madman, I enjoy the work environment.
