The promoters are really professional. They always place emphasis on the well-being of all the employees. They are undeniably the best promoters I have ever worked with.

Dislikes

The senior management is self-centric and does not bother about the well-being of other employees.

Likes

The group is very big, right from sugarcane, insurance to IT sector etc. Campus is nice to stay in with all necessary facilities.

Dislikes

The owners, Madhvanis are genuine but are completely misguided by the crocked top level management who are responsible for only their vested interests of misappropriating funds of the company. There is a South Indian lobby who do not want others to settle down and always in a hurry to drive the new recruits to hide their misdeeds. The Group HR head is the mastermind, who along with others is mainly responsible for downfall of the Group. This is high time that the Directors should sack the HR Head along with his henchmen if at all the company has to be saved.

Likes

Mutual trust and respect. Freedom in carrying out assigned tasks. Challenging work and good work environment.

Dislikes

There is no dislike as the management is very pro-employee, concerned about the wellbeing of the employees.
