Nothing to like about working here. No support during Covid 19 lockdown. Work culture is stifling and management policies are heavily loaded in favour of management.

Worst management,worst hr department, worst work place , no work ambience, no facilities for employees, no bonus system, hr head is worst . Please don't join. The manager are worst ,they don't have any say.

Company is always cutting salaries,expenses and highly political company which organise by Inder Singhee(NSM),job is not secured.

No any Stockist claim settle by company.Superier Manager pressure to leave jobs,if employee not claimant amount to Stockist from his salary.

No bonus , no incentive, no medical , only you have to work for salary ,company have patience for max 3 months if you don't perform they will ask you to resign and if you perform well and get confirmation after 6 month of probation then you have to serve 3 months of notice period if you wants to leave the organisation otherwise you will not get any full n final ,

Management is very poor. Very low salary. Mentors and other colleagues & management have not friendly behaviour. They will hire employees but will not given any proper training by mentors. Work pressure is very high. High politics and worst work culture and poor management & strict timing. No work life balance.
