...nity we can't go for it. Becouse so many crusual procedure going on to releving. If 24 releving means give one reliever and pay back the 3 month salary.. Its not fair, really its not expectebl. In other hospital they taking only 1 mnth salary pa back. Then some ofy friends releving from here with 1 yr of experience. Bt the mvj didn't giv them the experience cirtificates they only give the releving odr. Please understand we all r working here for experience cirtfict. They this many years we are working right wt the point? All these thigs hav to change.

Nothing to like with SRS Security contract noor from MVJ Medical college and research Hospital

Shufting the body to Mortuary, taking the photo and sharing it to the concerned head for permission. If the HOD Didn't receive the call we can't proceed with further action.

1.Company through away employees in a day notice without notice period pay.on the contrary employees wants to quit notice period pay 3 months compulsory. 2. not a good company to work. 3.no gratuity will be paid. 4.Too much harassment to key personnel. 5.no liberal leave Policy. Can't apply CL more than 2 days. 6.NO yearly increment .once in two or two and half years. Increment rate is 3% max.5% to very few staff.

Dislikes

Some people close to chairman and CEO biting their ears .they only listen the words of only these two or three people.No recognition for your hard work and employee contribution to the organisation. I can say it is only a best place for lazy peoples and they don't want self respect.

There is nothing good about this hospital tht can be mentioned. Doctors are not respected, in fact they are to the office and harassed repeatedly. There is no harmony between then working staff. It is very unprofessional. It doesn't seem like a medical college where where students can gain knowledge.
