...lking. Its kind of Torture to work here. Management didn't respect your efforts. No on time salary, No any Appreciations. And every time they are ready to cut off your salary. If you are late due to system issue in that case also they will cut your salary. MD has no sense to run Company he literary don't care. If you are not feeling well or There is something happened with you he just need his work done. No job Security at all. If MD thinks that your work is done in company and current work should be handled by other person who is already over occupied then you are going to loose your job by hook or by crook.

Company management not proper,unable to provide better environment to employee..Rude seniors,late salary,No career growth as they are using old technology,so many meeting but no output because of poor management
