It's work culture is not good neither the salary structure. They put much work pressure but when it comes to salary they make every deductions possible

...o surrender. 5) even after 1/2 years of service the appraisal is not taken care. Every month salary credited, even you performed above the expectations is less. 6) No Bonus 7) No work appreciation 8) No rewards/awards 9) No hike 10) Pharmacist considered on lower level than doctors. 11) They allowed doctors to take leave on Saturday. Bt for Pharmacist they are not. 12) They could increase their way of professionalism. 13) they could increase their service. 14) Pharmacist has to do CC call, FDB call-with all parameters, GMeet calls, Inventory update. compare to this all work they are not giving salary to us. 15) IF we spend 1 min for 1 FDB call then that call point is not considered if user responded but we are unable to complete all parameters. that is waste of time. 16) company should provide assets to employee like Laptop and Mobile . 17 ) they allowed only 300 per month internet expense to each pharmacist and that too not paid to employee on time.

M swasth company salary not good according to time and there is no increase ment in salary my salary is decrease according to time I completed 1 year 6 month in m swasth company but there is no any increase ment in my salary .
