It's a family kind of business. Family members like Juhi , Nirali are giving priroties. Rule are not same for everyone (strict Work from office policy is not applicable to the family members). Juhi the Finance Head doing every inhuman behaviour to her subordinates, many people complained to HR but since she is the family member of owner HR is unable to take any action. Real talent like Sonali Ostwal , the complaince Manager not getting proper space to flurish. Cartoon character like karnik sir (roaming the whole office with only shocks but no shoe 👟) is the Finance Director, just mess the co. One of the Ex-higher management guy just messaged me in linkedin like below: "Good to see you jumping out of the stinking ship...there was nothing much to do for you over there. Rather none of the persons over there could have ever understood your potential & work! Gr8 decision. All the best Gentleman!" "Arjun could not get thru my workings, Juhi is horrible & hopeless as she is a family connection of owners. I always exposed her workings...she scorns at my name. Parag used to consult me but Karan never came forward! I never saw such a weak Finance dept in my entire career. Then I realized that it is a Student export business & does not required any finance bhai!" "You are correct about Parag, Arjun and Hukku. Even TQ is  Uttamised & Hukkued 😊. Juhi a CA's nightmare...academically!" Pathetic Family Busi-ness oriented organisation!! Not at all recommendable.

They are very perfect in giving salary on time. Also, they are good at all the paper work before joining and after leaving the company. They give experience certificate and relieving certificate on time.

Dislikes

Their team coordination is poor, other team members never accept new member in the team and starts pulling down. They have a major tool of doing blame game.

I have been working with MSM from past 3 years and It has wonderful experience. The work culture is very good and here is very supportive managment. Work life is balance and working here is good for me and every female who want work from home.

It would be great if company think about the pay scale and increase the salary on baiss of the work & exprience.

1. The lack of regular salary appraisals and health insurance coverage can feel like a missed opportunity for growth and security. 2. Not providing equipment allowances mean employees shoulder the cost of their tools, which can be a financial burden for some.

...documentation regarding the KPI and having low performance. They just said it. No salary increase and benefits - Been working with them for almost 2 yrs but no increase. They said that after a year there will be but only increase in WORKLOADS. They promise HMO benefit but until now nothing happened. Just extreme WORKLOADS!
