The best thing is; Mona ma'am believes that every single person has a potential which sooner or later can be delivered. I found her mentoring me even after 5 years of my resignation. Not judging but she is the best ever I can get personally and professionally trust me this is not buttering. Somehow she reminds me my science teacher who always believed in me.

Only thing which brought my resignation there that I couldn't see my future to be honest & Frank. But Again, we should look positive rather negative. Thanks to such a wonderful company which made realise me I have & I can attitude.

The Company is owned by single owner.i have learned about how to handle plumbing and sanitory items with real estate flat promotors and also purchasing at different locations in India and tamil nadu.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

There is no proper system in the company to follow the procedure and also no adequate manpower to support the work.
