...ng lockdown here and travelled from cab because that time metro was not working. And they didn't gave my salary (A single rupee ) . Worst company I ever seen. The owner Mr vinod will talk very nicely when you are going to join but after one month they will not give salary. I have worked with many companies but worst worst worst lxm interior should be banned 🚫. I hope it will shut down soon

Everything is useless here. full of liars be it owner or any other. They either do not work on sites or leave them in between take full payments from clients. u get calls from clients and have been asked to tell lies .these people are only money concerned. Don't give appraisals on time. Management is just worthless

The company is not faithful to its clients and employees, they ask employees to procure projects and take advance payments from clients, then they show their true colour, they will increase the estimate by upto 40 Percent, the client is shocked as he has already given advance in tune of a few lack rupees. if the client wants to back down they will give him escalated bill of the little work done by them on site, the employee is blamed by the management and the client both. so honestly its not worth to work at LXM interiors

Working with this fraud company was a nightmare. They cheat their employees as well as their clients.

Everything.....from adminstration to work ethics. It's a fraud company. This company should be blacklisted
