...the middle management, especially in the Gurugram office, is clueless and toxic. HR is absent, compensation is minimal ( they look forward to you leaving the office). Unnecessary politics and one should be ready to be thrown under the bus anytime. Zero learning value and career growth and appraisals and bonuses are non-existent. Employees are often discouraged from learning new techniques and tools. The designations are tactfully designed as such to keep the options of employees limited.

Company has work pressure that is bearable. And it's a leading US Company so no fear of job security.

Chandra shekhar kolli will always be the worst service operation leader in the history of Lutron. Very sick mentality like small office mindset of his will surely ruin the company and the employees trust on the company. They are taking down flexibility slowly one by one forcing people to leave even though one wants to work.

There is tremendous job security and excellent communication or internal collaboration within the team even during the challenging covid times. Global presence makes for an enriching experience. Good leave structure.

Work life balance can be better at times. Work pressure can be high quite often.
