...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, apprisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of workers and management doesn't address any issues. Salary is better but carrier growth is slow. There is no bond, if you work hard then you grow. But some body have demoralise the junior..

Company z decent but growth z very slow.wrk pressure z very high.sometimes I hv to wrk 14 to 18 hrs straight in a day.

Ploices is o ly for show off. If u req from company, company said its against our policy. But in case company has to given u then no one talks about policy.
