Job security and location particularly my location. Because some of my colleagues told me that they have horrible experience with their team head at different different locations.

Very bad politics at management. Very bad for hard working people who can work on their own responsibilities. Only suckers good here. Suck managers leg and be in good place. no one is knowledgeable in management.

Every employee should have good manners, specially top management. Employee output should be verified step by step not only on top boss. Safety management should be stronger specially for site execution. Inactive, black mailers, inefficient employee first indentify then throw from the company.

Dislikes

Boss oiling more than responsibility, very poor in safety. Salary and job not satisfactory i.r.o designation, no employee salary scale. Staff should forget his family if he joined in lumino company specially at site.
