Salary is on time.All type of benifits are in legal framework like pf ,overtime .No issue related salary or other perks.

...after some months.If you are going for quality chemist role think before you go.Toxic environment for quality persons but salary is up to the industrial standards.

Salary and career growth is slow. This company lot of politics. And changes company.

...th nice aspirations. Management is Good and supportive. Benefits are quite good. Salary always on time. Facilities like transportation (for other plant only from Ludhiana) is good. Mediclaim facilities are good and HR always support in well manner. Employee grievances are heard and resolved in decent manner. Overall a good place to work

Training and development facilities can be improved(Presently its only for Sales). Transparent Appraisal required. Required Strategic HR like implementation of Performance Management System. Fluctuation in some Policies which can be improved with maintaining standard and following.
