I am really grateful to be a part of open-minded work culture, company is providing ample opportunities to work with the tech stack of my liking, also the seniors are eager to accept and adapt newer frameworks and architecture, not only I was able to enhance my tech-stack(Backend - Spring boot), also I did get a chance to upskill my cloud-based learnings.

Dislikes

It's hard to dislike anything about a company that has helped you a lot, but if I have to nitpick something, then there are fewer company-owned projects where you got to work on technologies other than Web-Development, I want my career to grow in the field of Cloud Engineer and Big Data, I don't mind to work in web development, but I will be hesitant when web development is the only thing I will get to work upon. However, since lucent is open to anything and is not narrow-minded, I am positive that I will continue getting wider areas of technologies and challenges to work upon that will make me think beyond and move out of my comfort zone.

There are so many things I love about this company, but to highlight a few: the supportive team environment, the opportunities for growth and development, and the company culture that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration. I also appreciate the company's commitment to its values and its employees, which makes me proud to be a part of this organization. I feel truly fortunate to be part of such a talented and dedicated team, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work on exciting projects and initiatives. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and the rest of the leadership team for creating such a wonderful workplace.

The best part about working at Lucent innovations is its creative environment. Its best platform to learn new things. Nobody stops you from experimenting new things. There are always new challanges to improve our skills and knowledge. Other than that , the fun fridays are the best part to keep up with work. and Here we celebrate all the festivals in a unique way, So its always been exiciting for us.

- It's been 9 months here In lucent innovation but I didn't find dislike till now
