QAL Head is Dictator just luckily Got this position, He doesn't have any leadership skills. He thinks he is God and whtever he will say is correct. Lots of favourism For selected people. Very biased towards selected people. Do not even think about Promotion because selected 3-4 people will get promoted on regular basis while others working for 10-15 years barely have any chance. He himself is responsible for creating very toxic work culture. Sadly no one raise voice against Him.

No work life balance ,you are required to work for an extended hours all days. bad culture, no job security, seniors are doing harassments.
