Company is good but the Employees are too worst feel like they own the company. Everyone are working for salary but the HBE's even though doesn't come to hospital daily even though just come nd mark the attendance and leave for their personal works and creating gossips in between the employees are their best skills to survive.

Dislikes

While hard work and demonstrable skills are not valued, job security appears heavily dependent on the Hospital Business Executive (HBE). Employees under the direct supervision of an HBE seem to have greater job security. However, those lacking this direct oversight may be subject to layoffs, regardless of performance, due to infrequent manager engagement and evaluation.

Bottom level workers all are good persons. company also good and plan also good. Good package, will develop more skills

Promotions and Encouragement not there . it's only disappointed. Upper position manegers some person's not good

There is no work pressure, flexible working hours

Not a professional company. The owners are involved in all financial decisions including payments and there is no trust on professionals . Lot of statutory deviations, even if pointed out, there are no response from the owners. Highly risky company for professionals.

Very unprofessional company that I have experienced. They don't care about their employees. At the drop of the hat they remove anyone. For giving proper the company cries.
