Senior partners are knowledgeable. you will learn if you work directly with them, but that doesnt happen. There is always an intermediary partner involved and that makes it difficult to learn and work. You will learn only & only from senior partners.

Dislikes

Feels like a school. Too strict unnecessarily, in random things. Office politics is prevalent between account staff and senior partner. Departmentalization is a problem here. Outstation audits are too less. close to nil.
