The learning & exposure was good. Selected teammates are very supportive.

Expectation v/s reality varies.. one is not valued for thier work, but for the status/name they hold socially. The favorites are given preference, no matter how good your performance is.

The company has made sure that the pressure of Covid is not passed on to us, even though the brand is incurring heavy losses due to stores being shut we were ensured no one would loose their jobs or go through pay cuts, honestly that’s the most crucial test the company has gone through and has made us extremely happy working here

Dislikes

Dislikes are very situational and personal which might not necessarily be the company’s fault, although if I have to point out we do have excessive use of paper which needs to be reduced

This is one of the best companies to work for, there’s a lot of brand history and heritage and so far it’s been a great time working for the company, by far in retail the most organised company to work for

Appraisals are a little lower than the market
