...e forcing every employee to share the details in social media about the company. They dont allow late coming but they also dont pay for overtime. They have always too much work. but if someone doesn’t have any work they were giving any kind of work to complete there work hour as full ability.

HR policies, Management, micromanaging, pay scale, extremely slow growth and worst people at the mid-managerial level. Nobody has a solid knowledge of their work.
