Where do I start? The company is just a way to channelise the owners black money. Some people you should never talk to- Sam Anmol Chaudhary, apparently ex meta (doesn't seem like it), Abhishek Sharma (middle aged loser who flirts with every girl he sees in the team), HR tea. There are many talented people working in the company who are there only because they don't have a choice, most people leave once they find another opportunity.

Nothing means nothing. they don't have a structure only CEO make decision, if you have HR related query ask him, if its accounts related ask him, task-related ask him even if you survive micro-management you will die the way he describes the problem, every time if comes up with a new statement and forgot about your solution of problem he don't even listen, and when you are thinking you are done with a task he i'll come and destroy by saying he doesn't mean that and start repeating f word on everyone. He him self not clear in his mind what he wants.

No salary on time. huge deduction. no structure or management. Every solution to your problem is NO

Salary deductions Salary not paid on time Keep 15-20 days salary on hold - if you leave Simplia will not pay any full final Fire you without any explanation Treat you like a stray dog 200K Fake followers on Linkedin Most 5 star reviews are posted by Simplia's guys as posing client or employee Keep hiring and firing people Simplia false promising USA based client of gaining business in 3 months! Unsuspected clients paying 1500$ month only to later regret losing money. Bunch of unprofessional and abusive Indians running this scam remotely.

Pay close attention to this: Monthly salary will be paid on 15th to 20th (after 1 and half month) Simplia will not pay your full and final salary, and they will block you on Skype and ignore emails. The company is creating a financial dossier to fool, hiring indiscriminately, and if you join, be prepared for long working hrs till 6-7 AM, sudden job loss, and unpaid salaries and many more things.
