1-Salary on-time in every month if next day is Sunday or gazetted holiday then salary credited one day advance in account. 2-Company providing food to all employees including contractual manpower as well in very low cost that is nothing. 3-Management strictly committed to provide all facilities to their staff as described in their policy. 4-Working timing is too good there is no pressure to work extra hours beyond over office time if need to work out of office timing then company paying extra amount. 5-Learning point of view company is too good because company offering to learn more top to bottom employees. 6- Lotus is top leading brand in market.

1-Time duration for promotion is too long, so need to improvement in policy. 2- Some times HR policies are changed immediately without any prior information to employees.

The reson I Like to Work with lotus company is good culture,brand vishion sustainability,professional growth,supportive colleuges good balance between work and life. i love the Relationship with distributors and retailers to keep in touch and to find new peoples to intract each other to develop new skils in the field and enjoying every moment of work with new target of life.I thoroughly enjoyed working at Lotus Herbals Private Limited. because of its commitment to innovation, the supportive work environment, and the opportunity to growing and contribute to a brand that values sustainability. ❣️

Its better to work in a political party rather working here,expenses will always get dedcuted irrespective how true they are. They can fire you or any one at any time without any reason,just favour few people and its a total corrupt management and pathetic HR policies with no power in the hand of HR and they also don't pick employees phone.

Orgqnization is the supportive and colloborative enviourmnent.I've felt encourage to voice my ideas which helps me to grow personally and professionally.HR is very engaged with Team to upgrade their skills.

THE COMPANY IS VERY GOOD , BUT THE PEOPLE HERE HAVE MADE RULES AND REGULATIONS IN A VERY STRANGE WAY IN WHICH THEY ONLY KEEP IN MIND THEIR OWN SHORTCOMINGS. I DONT FEEL GOOD AT ALL . AFTER JOINING THE JOB HERE , I DID NOT LIKE THE EXPEROENCE HERE OVERALL.
