There is absolutely no issues, as far as compensation is concerned. Still I feel Variable compensation for Sales and Operations team can be in place.

Professionals i.e. people associated from the scratch rulling the company by hiring, firing, defaming , politising with sincere and hard working individuals.................... Really painfull to see and work in a culture like this.

No time satisfactions, job security is zero,job satisfaction zero, politics,any time change anything by Managment, you can’t talk to your manager for any kind of issue, mostly managers throwing hunter, Totally you can’t work here with free of mind. Every time feeling today is last working day. Tough to work.

My company has nice work culture nd there is a good support from seniors hr mam (VP Head hr mam) nd employees are motivated nd appreciated for there efforts. I had a great experience with my first job. (srry two lines in hindi ) chalta rahuga path par , chalne m mahir ban jaunga , ya to manjil mil jayegi , ya accha musafir ban jaunga.
