Infrastructure of Labs and classes was good, i mean almost all the classes were equiped with latest projector

the salary was not on time, they use to give salary in check, also they use to give extra amount of 20 to 25 thousand in the check and we used to get salary after 20 days of next month, also the work culture was totally unorganized .

Likes

Nothing as it's only a jail wherein they torture all newly joined, less experienced faculties.

Dislikes

I have never seen them following work etiquettes pertaining to salary provision, work-life balance and so on.

No Proper Payscale structure - Salary's are not given regularly. No proper infrastructure for students to study - only 1/2 classrooms are good (for publicity purpose**) No required material in labs

College is near to city. Provision for namaz.

Dislikes

Recruiting numerous faculty before inspection and dumping them after inspection. Only labor work. Only meetings ,no actual work. Till 2017. No drinking water, no cleanliness.

College building is good, atmosphere is nice, infrastructure is good, colleagues are Co operative.

Dislikes

Management is worst, they consult attender and security guards for every kind of feedback, chairman, vice chairman, and Secretary, are educated illiterates and fools, they never come together on any given situation for decision making. There are some staff members who are pets of management who provides althea wrong information for their own benefit, you are treated as labour.
